Counselling

Pronounced “sweev-nus”, suaimhneas in Irish means peace, tranquility, quietness or rest.

This is the simplest and purest way to say “peace” and is a straightforward expression that carries the essence of tranquility

"It is astonishing how elements that seem insoluble become soluble when someone listens.
~ Carl Rogers
